Bruce Trigg is an exceptional volunteer whose dedication and reliability make a huge difference at the Food Market. Whether he’s packing boxes, restocking shelves, or managing recycling and cardboard, Bruce knows exactly what’s needed and never waits to be asked. His calm, humble presence brings encouragement to the entire team, and his sense of humor keeps us laughing—even on the toughest days.
Like the time we were hunting for a mysterious smell, and he jokingly said, “I know, it’s me!”—we couldn’t stop laughing. Getting a picture of Bruce was a challenge, but we finally did, perfectly capturing the warmth and joy he brings to every shift.
To make it even more impressive, Bruce rides his bicycle nearly 6 miles to volunteer with us at both of our Food Market locations — Breckenridge and Dillon. His dedication and positive spirit truly inspire us all.
